TABC Waives Late Fee Charges for Certain Permittees/Licensees

Governor Abbott recently announced late fee charges will be waived for any TABC permit or license that expired on or after March 13, 2020. Typically, permit and license holders only have a 30-day grace period in which to file a renewal application once a permit or license has expired subject to payment of an additional fee of $100 per license or permit. Both the late fee and 30-day limitation have now been waived in accordance with procedures announced by the TABC yesterday. Qualifications for renewal and the procedures to be followed can be found here.
