Governor Announces Phase 2 to Open Texas

Governor Abbott announced bars, as well as winery, distillery, and brewery tasting rooms, can reopen at 25% capacity effective Friday, May 22, subject to compliance with minimum standard health protocols for bars. The occupancy limit does not apply to an establishment’s outdoor areas provided there is safe distancing among parties.Also, restaurants, including qualified brewpubs, can ramp up capacity from 25% to 50% effective May 22 subject to restaurant minimum standard health protocols.
