TABC Update on Alcoholic Beverages To-Go Legislation

TABC has issued an industry notice providing guidance on the recent enactment of legislation expanding off-premises sales privileges for Mixed Beverage and Private Club permittees, which is not yet effective but has potential to go into effect soon.Only Mixed Beverage and Private Club permittees who hold subordinate Food and Beverage Certificate will be eligible for the expanded privileges.
