Stakeholder Meeting for Proposed TABC Rule Changes for Coupons and On-Premises Promotions

The TABC hosted a well-attended stakeholder meeting on Wednesday, December 10th, at Commission headquarters regarding possible amendments to Rules §45.101 (Rebates, Coupons and Premium Stamps) and §45.103 (On-Premises Promotions). The Commission fostered an open conversation about the proposed changes and was receptive to participants’ comments and concerns.The next steps for the Commission are to prepare and circulat
