Rebecca Dacke joined our firm in March 2008 after nearly six years with the headquarters of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) where she worked in the Licensing Division. While there, Rebecca assisted individuals applying for TABC permits, law offices, and other Texas agencies with matters relating to TABC applications and bonds. She also reviewed original and renewal TABC permit applications for accuracy and completeness as an Accounts Examiner. At our firm, Rebecca is primarily responsible for preparing and filing new TABC applications and permit renewals, as well as applications for permits issued by the federal Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, and cities and counties throughout the state. This includes determining whether a location is authorized for the desired forms of alcohol sales and researching local permitting requirements. Rebecca’s depth of experience with the licensing process and personnel at the TABC, TTB and local agencies throughout the state provides a wonderful resource for our clients.
Rebecca graduated in May 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Concordia University – Austin. Rebecca is also certified to teach Early Childhood to 8th grade, and is specialized in middle school English/Language Arts.
Rebecca and her husband Steve enjoy story time, dancing, dressing up, and arts and crafts with their daughter Sophia.
