Jack Martin & Associates has become Martin Frost & Hill

The history of Martin Frost & Hill began when Jack Martin left his business/corporate practice with a large firm in 1999 to focus on assisting his alcoholic beverage industry clients in licensing and compliance matters. Initially, the practice was focused primarily on the retail tier of the alcoholic beverage industry, but that quickly changed as new wineries, breweries and distilleries joined the Texas marketplace. Kyle Hill joined Jack as a clerk while attending St. Mary’s Law School in 2006, coming on board full-time upon his graduation in 2007. Later that same year, Kimberly Frost, a seasoned administrative lawyer who had worked with Jack at Small, Craig & Werkenthin, joined the team. In recognition of the great contributions of Kimberly and Kyle to the practice now, both have become shareholders in the firm, which has been renamed Martin Frost & Hill.
