Government Shutdown Closes TTB

As explained in the Appropriations Lapse Notice posted on TTB's web site, TTB has been forced to suspend all non-excepted operations. That means there will be no access to Permits Online, Formulas Online, and COLAs online and no personnel will be available to respond to any inquiries until the government shutdown is over.If you have an operational permit application, formula application, or label application pending at TTB, no action will be taken on the application for the time being.Pay.gov remains operational for filing reports and tax returns. Please understand that this shutdown does not relieve permitholders of their duty to file any and all required federal reports and returns.
